Building in the Republic of China at No. 58 Taiping Road North

建于民国时期，原为板桥新村联排别墅，由著名建筑师刘福泰设计，二层砖木混合结构，坡屋面，外立面为清水红砖墙，体现了民国时期联排别墅的作法。
Built in the Republic of China and designed by the famous architect Liu Futai, it served as a townhouse of Banqiao New Village. It is a two-storey brick-and-timber composite structure building with a pitched roof and red brick facades, which embodies the feature of townhouse in the Republic of China.
