　　始建于1959年，是建国初期南京工艺装备制造行业的重要建筑遗存。曾为工人宿舍，三层。

　　Built in 1959, the three-floor building which used to be a workers’ dormitory is an important heritage building of Nanjing technical equipment manufacturing industry in the early days of new China.
